Fashion inspired office decor ideas
If you are someone who is inspired by fashion and wants to follow the latest runway trends, you might want to create a home working space that reflects your love for clothes design and fashion photography. If you are here to see how to easily turn a spare room into a fashion-inspired home office, you are in the right place!
The Devil Wears Prada is a 2006 American comedy-drama film in which Meryl Streep stars as Miranda Priestly, a powerful fashion magazine editor. Her pristine office walls are adorned by black and white fashion photographs and there are always fresh flowers on her desk.
1/ Start with the wall colour
Depending on your style and 'branding' you might want to go for bold colours or a very clean white that will come in handy if you need to photograph yourself modelling clothes in the same space.
If you love black but fear that painting a whole room is too much, then just paint one feature wall and the rest can be painted white. See the inspiration for my black and white home office here.
2/ Choose a large desk
A big surface will help you create beautiful flatlay photography that you can use to show examples of how to style clothes and accessories.
I used the IKEA MICKE desk for a long time and at 140cm wide, it gave me all the space I needed for my blogging. It also has drawers where to hide camera and photography accessories.

3/ Invest in wall art
Posters are your best friend in creating a fashion vibe in your office. In my office, I used posters from DESENIO in a variety of sizes.
More so, if you're considering upgrading your office, exploring office interior designs services is a great idea. Not only will it enhance the visual appeal, but it can also potentially boost your productivity and motivation.
